she’s the lightest she has been for the last ten years ⚡️

has a very demanding social life, she likes to go for lots of bottomless brunches 😄 so she checks in with me twice a week to keep on top of her calories and the gym

I’ll check in with Kelly twice a week, I’ll amend her calories twice a month so I know she’s eating as much as she can while still losing body fat, and it’s giving her the push to slip into the lushest wedding dress later this year 🔌

My client has lost over 4kg with me this year and it’s only blaaady February….she wanted to lose weight and build muscle 🚀

I put her on a three day split training plan- using only machines in the gym to build up her confidence, we check in twice per week for the accountability and that is all she needs to hit her fat loss goals

Life has absolutely spanked us this year but we are still hitting these goals- and I am SO BLOODY PROUD BEBEH 🖤🏆
