Meaningful Hiking

Every hike adds another story. This time, we earned four new stamps and experienced the forest in a completely different way by exploring it at night. Nature never stops surprising us 🌿🌌

Don't have a Hungary Pass or Pest County Pass for tomorrow's hike?🚆

No problem! You can get a Pest Vármegye24 (County 24h Ticket). It costs 999 ft

It is valid for 24 hours on:
✅ Regional trains (MÁV/GySEV 2nd class, no seat reservation)
✅ HÉV suburban railways
✅ Volánbusz regional buses throughout Pest County, including routes crossing Budapest's boundary.

⚠️Please note: This ticket is not valid on BKK public transport within Budapest (metros, trams, buses, and trolleybuses).

You can purchase it easily in the MÁV App before the hike. If you prefer, arrive a little earlier and we’ll be happy to help you buy it from the ticket machine at the station.

What is the Kéktúra Booklet & where can you get one?📘

If you're joining our upcoming hike and planning to collect stamps, don't forget to bring your Kéktúra Booklet!🇭🇺

The booklet is your official hiking passport for the National Blue Trail. At each stamping point along the route, you collect a unique stamp to prove you've completed that section. Over time, it becomes a wonderful record of your journey across Hungary.

On this hike, we'll collect 4 stamps, so make sure to bring your booklet if you have one!✨

Don't have one yet? It's easy to get one before the hike. You can usually buy it at:
• MTSZ (Hungarian Hiking Association) offices
• Decathlon stores

If you're just starting your Kéktúra journey, this is the perfect opportunity to get your booklet and begin collecting stamps with us!

We were lucky to have such nice weather, making it a perfect day to explore the outdoors together. Along the way, we collected two stamps, enjoyed views, and shared plenty of great moments and conversations🌿

We continued our Kéktúra journey right where we left off in March, setting out from Dorog and making our way to Mogyorósbánya through landscapes near the Danube. Along the way, we covered 16.5 km, conquered three hills, collected four-five stamps, and shared countless conversations surrounded by spring flowers in full bloom.

Another beautiful section of the National Blue Trail completed together, step by step, story by story💙

We’ll meet at Árpád híd Bus Station between 7:55 and 8:10 AM and travel together to Dorog. The bus leaves at 8:15 AM. Please arrive on time. The hike will finish in Mogyorósbánya.
