Mariusz Wial — the first Pole to achieve the rank of 7th dan in kendo, long-time coach of the Polish National Team, teacher, mentor, and friend to the entire Polish kendo community — now needs our presence on this path more than ever.

For years, he led us with his strength, calmness, and perseverance.
He showed us that kendo is not just the art of the sword — it is the art of character.
In the dojo, on the shiaijo, in life — he has been and remains a role model of how to walk this path with dignity.

Today, Mariusz is facing the toughest battle of his life.
Following complications from surgery to remove his stomach due to cancer, Mariusz suffered a massive hemorrhage and multiple organ failure.
For weeks he remained in a critical condition — connected to a ventilator, undergoing dialysis, kept in a medically induced coma.
Thanks to incredible strength and determination — the same he showed us over the years on the dojo — he survived.

Today, he is breathing and maintaining circulation independently, and he is slowly waking up, but the road to recovery is still long and demanding.

He faces many months of neurological and physical rehabilitation, tube feeding, and eventually — reconstructive surgery to restore the continuity of his digestive tract.

We are raising funds for:
specialized medical care and rehabilitation,
home care and support.

Not every battle is quick.
But every battle — if fought with heart — leads forward.
Mariusz has been an inspiration to us throughout his life.
Now it is our turn to be the support he needs.

A tegnapi napon megrendezett 🇭🇺 Országos Csapatbajnokságon klubunk ismét kimagasló eredményeket ért el:

🥇 Az A csapatunk zsinórban immár hatodik alkalommal szerezte meg az országos bajnoki címet!

🥉 A B csapatunk pedig nagyszerű teljesítménnyel felállhatott a dobogó harmadik fokára!

Köszönjük minden versenyzőnknek a kitartást, a szellemiséget és az alázatot, amit a shiai során mutattak – büszkék vagyunk rátok!
