Then came the hard work. Day after day, year after year. 💪

This is the result.

But the journey isn’t over, because he never stops.

What Arnold’s father dreamed of for his son became reality.

His son became Mr. Useful.

In every sense of the word.

When we talk about Arnold Schwarzenegger, we talk about:

Mr. Universe. Mr. Olympia. Arnold Classic. Pumping Iron. Action movies. Conan. The Terminator. Predator. Businessman. Governor 🇺🇸. Environmental advocate. Austrian World Summit. After-School All-Stars. Schwarzenegger Institute. Arnold’s Pump Club… and so much more.

I wish him many more years of good health, happiness, and strength.

I consider myself incredibly fortunate and grateful that I’ve been able to witness his journey, meet him, and spend time with him.

He represents the old school.

A mindset, a work ethic, and a life story like this may never come again.

I’m convinced of that.

And if you believe someone like him will come along again, that’s wonderful—because until then, we already have Arnold Schwarzenegger as our inspiration.

Let’s keep pushing forward.

1. ARNOLD’S PUMP CLUB THAL/ AUSTRIA

The first Arnold’s Pump Club meeting was a huge success at the Schwarzenegger Museum in Thal. Members of the Pump community were able to tour the historic sites. For example, where Arnold used to do pull ups and train with his friends and the road where Arnold went to school. (The institution has since been named after him.) In the garden of his birthplace, a lifting competition was held where the participants were encouraged and motivated by Arnold. (The weights were provided by Flex Gym.) After a busy day, everyone was treated to Wienerschnitzel and Apfelstrudel. Next year, 10 times as many members are expected. Get ready, sign up.
