While genetics do define how we are put together, and what we can reach , even through the hardest work, epigenetic highly influences why genes are active and which are muted. You might be genetically someone with high metabolism, yet your epigenetic can turn that off.
Genetics is one piece of the puzzle, and is highly influenced by our environment and behavior.
Control over many of these factors allow us to influence our epigenetic factors and as such allows us to influence our epigenetic markers, and optimize our genetic expression.

Although unnoticeable with the eye, reps vary and thatâs why so do your results! By having a visual cue as you workout, it connects you deeply to your muscles action. Mind muscle connection. A trending power loss, shows you when to rest. While an objective comparable score can be compared (set to set, and day to day) it also creates a fun competitive game.
