Hoppá… kettőt pislogtam és máris a 32. hét végén találom magam 🤷♀️😳Ha tudnám hogy repült el így az idő!
Elég nagy itt a radio silence mostanában – a lakásfelújítás, fészekrakás és minden más mellett egyszerűen nincs kapacitásom itt is aktívnak lenni.
Ahogy haladok előre a várandósságban, egyre erősebben érzem, hogy ideje lelassulni…
befelé figyelni…
és teret adni annak, ami most valóban fontos.
Ezért eljött az a pont, hogy áprilistól már egyáltalán nem tartok órát.
Marad a saját, napi szintű gyakorlás –
ami nélkül őszintén nem is tudom, hogyan vészelném át ezt az időszakot, de erről majd mesélek többet..
Egyelőre nem tudom, mikor térek vissza.
Minden porcikám pihenést kér, és ezt most tiszteletben tartom.😌
Talán ez az egyik legfontosabb jógikus tanítás, amire napi szinten emlékeztet a testem és a kisbabám:
ahimsza – az erőszakmentesség.💆♀️
Nem siettetni.
Nem kényszeríteni.
Nem határidőkhöz kötni a visszatérést.
Most sokkal több teret kapnak az élet eddig háttérbe szorított részei…
és nem tudom elmondani, mennyire élvezem 😊🤍
Persze nagyon hiányoztok (!!) –
de nem tűnök el teljesen.
Időről időre megosztok majd apró pillanatokat a gyakorlásomból, a mindennapokból, és amikor eljön az ideje, újra találkozunk – órákon, workshopokon, elvonulásokon ✨

But it’s still January, so I’ll leave these moments here — from a Christmas I never want to forget.
Moving into our new home,
countless hours in the kitchen,
precious time with family and friends,
celebrating my husband’s birthday on the 31st 🎂
and feeling our baby boy’s very first kicks. 🤍✨

✨ I still remember the very first time I tried a headstand — about 6 years ago, in a private class with
I can’t even describe the pain I felt in bridge or headstand back then — my spine was in a pretty bad shape from long office hours.
After each attempt, poor Fruzsi had to wait 5–10 minutes for me to recover in child’s pose before I could continue the flow. 😅
It’s funny how easily we forget where we’ve come from, and how much we expect success on the very first try. I still catch myself doing it..
Some asanas arrive with ease, others ask for years of patience and steady work. It’s the same for everyone — which is why comparing ourselves to someone else’s journey never serves us.
For me, Malasana was another big “nemesis pose” — I had to work on opening my hips for years just to sit in it comfortably, while for others it’s literally their resting pose. That’s just how it is. 😄
So wherever you are today, remember: patience + practice are all you need. You’re already exactly where you’re meant to be. 🤍

I used to always overpush myself.
My brain worked like: “Okay, here’s a challenge, let’s add a crazy time limit… now I’m motivated.”
So whenever I felt pressure and reached my absolute limits — that’s when I thought I was doing something valuable.😅
I realized that I don’t need to jump on every health trend or overstress my body to stay healthy.
Balance works.
Simplicity works.
Movement is freedom. And I enjoy the hell out of it. 😊🤍

Lately I’ve been enjoying moving on my own, without big expectations — simply and intuitively. ✨
I recently came across the phrase “intuition is the messenger of the soul” — and it really stayed with me.
For a while now, I’ve been intentionally creating space to strengthen my connection with my intuition. 🌙
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that the well of feminine intuition never truly dries up. No matter what has been suppressed or forgotten, everything we are born with can always rise back to the surface. 🌿
It’s exciting to surrender to this feeling.
At times it’s scary (and of course, not by accident!), but deeply liberating to come closer, moment by moment, to my true self — one that no longer seeks to fit into a world ruled by excessive masculine energy, but simply seeks to be herself. 🤍

I shared a snippet of my morning practice in Stories a few days ago — and many of you asked for the full version.
So… here it is. 🌿
Raw, unedited, with the original tune.
I didn’t want to cut out the wobbles, or the asanas that don’t look “perfect” on camera. Because for me, they were perfect — exactly what my body needed that day. Nothing more, nothing less.
I used to get frustrated when I couldn’t touch my leg with my head — even though I knew I was capable of it. Or when my backbend wasn’t as deep as usual. But lately, I don’t force — I accept.
I simply go to my comfortable maximum — whatever that looks like in that moment of practice.
And I remind myself: the physical postures are only one part of yoga. The real practice goes much deeper, often in ways the eye cannot see. 🌀
