Tuesday Games at Margitsziget :)

Last weekend two of us had a bit of an adventure at Dragon Cup in Kraków 🇵🇱❤️ We took the night train there and back, and also had time to soak up some Polish culture and food (Barszcz!). 🚂🚃🚃🚃 🍲🥟
We ended up on different teams (Kevin🟥 Tamás🟩) and in different groups, but in the end we both finished 3rd in our groups and played for 5th place on Sunday. Both teams showed their strenghts during the game as it was going both ways, but in the end Green team won.
The weather made it a bit hard on Saturday as it was drizzling all day leaving us wet everywhere, but the supportive attitude of the team made it all worthwhile.
Recommended tournament for anyone willing, great organization, plenty of food and most of all very nice people and friendly, accepting atmosphere!

We are looking for Women players for Plastic Cup in Slovakia on July 6-7. It's a 4v4 beach mixed tournament next to a small lake.

We've been here before, the organization and the vibes are great, the lake is good for swimming, and the Kofola on tap and the camping in tents is part of the experience ;)

Today's finishers of training/playing +Peter, the cameraman, 3 of us injured/hindered in some way, we still survived the sudden early summer warmth and sunshine. It's just gonna get hotter anyway so brace yourselves!

Last weekend we had a great time at Wodo '23 in Wolkersdorf, Austria. Came away with 10th place and a lot of lessons learned, not too bad!

Today after some pretty intense 5v5 playing, we capped off the day in the pools of Palatinus Strand and some well-deserved lángos!

What a day out! We started earlier to partly avoid the blistering heat, and we had the numbers to play 5v5! As it's the end of August, the exchange students are starting to show up and with the American contingent the intensity just went up a notch!
