Véget ért a budapesti Egyéni Squash Európa-bajnokság ❤️🤍💚

Augusztus 22-én a döntőkkel ért véget a 2026-os Egyéni Squash Európa-bajnokság. Húsz év után rendezett ismét Magyarország felnőtt egyéni kontinensviadalt, amelyen Európa élmezőnye mellett 12 magyar versenyző lépett pályára.

🇭🇺 Magyar eredmények
A férfiaknál Farkas Balázs érte el a legjobb eredményt, a 13. helyen zárt. Takács Benedek 17., Kamocsai Bendegúz 21., Simon Dániel 48., Komlódi Regő 49., Sáli Barnabás 53. lett.
A nőknél Csókási Gabriella végzett a legelőrébb, a 25. helyen. Juhász Nóra 28., Kiss-Máté Csenge 32., Varga Villő 38., Páj Linda 39., Kun Krisztina 43. lett.

🇧🇪 Belga házidöntő a nőknél
A női verseny döntőjében a két belga testvér, Tinne Gilis és Nele Gilis találkozott. A finálét az első helyen kiemelt Tinne Gilis nyerte 3–0-ra, de mindhárom játszma szoros küzdelmet hozott: 12–10, 11–7, 14–12, ezzel negyedik EB címét szerezve.

🇫🇷 Crouin megvédte Európa-bajnoki címét
A férfi döntőben az első helyen kiemelt francia Victor Crouin a második kiemelt svájci Dimitri Steinmann ellen lépett pályára. Crouin három játszmában, 11–2, 11–7, 12–10 arányban nyerte meg a finálét, és ezzel szintén négyszeres Európabajnok lett.

EICC 2026 Budapest - Day 3 ✅

The finalists have been decided on Day 3 of the European Individual Squash Championships. 🏆

In the women’s draw, defending champion Tinne Gilis defeated Alina Bushma in a confident performance, while on the other side of the draw, Melissa Alves was forced to retire, meaning Nele Gilis advanced to the final without having to play.

In the men’s draw, defending champion Victor Crouin secured his place in the final with a 3–1 victory, while Switzerland’s Dimitri Steinmann overcame his Spanish opponent with a solid performance.

Today is finals day, with plenty of exciting matches, the bronze-medal match, and the finals. 💪🏼
