This program is ideal for anybody who is ready to join group classes known for;

The goal of the four-week program is to help you master the basics in small groups, with extra attention from the coaches within a safe and inclusive environment, before joining the big dogs and letting the energy of the group push you out of your comfort zone—leading to results you've only been dreaming about! Burn fat, build muscle, transform your body and improve your health 60-minutes at a time!
It’s a total of 12 classes (3 per week) over the course of 4 weeks.
We will start on Tuesday, May 6th at 9 am and 6 pm.
Classes will be on Tue & Thu at 9 am or 6 pm, and on Saturday at 10 am.
