"Yoga for wellbeing 2021"
is much more than postures and breathing!!!🙏🙏
In today's world it is more hard to practice these 2 limbs ....even before practicing postures : Yama and Niyama!
How can one quiet mind if there is still Anger and hatred within??
How can one maintain posture for longer time if practice( swadhyay) and Tapas (penance) not done??
How can you breath fresh air (do pranayam) and think nothing( maun) if your surroundings and mind is not clean (shaucha) and conttented(santosh)??
How can you enjoy moments of stillness in postures, pranayam or shavasana if you dont let go (aparigrah) and surrender yourself to present (ishwarparidhan) ???
Yama and Niyama are social and personal Ethics in daily life. Our thoughts,actions,speech are to be taken care off uttermost to keep ourselves pure and attain inner peace (which is main purpose of yoga)
5 Yamas
Ahimsa (nonviolence)
satya (truthfulness)
asteya (non-stealing)
brahmacharya (abstinence)
aparigraha (non-accumulation)
5Niyama
soucha (internal and external cleanliness)
santosha (being happy and content)
tapas (penance)
swadhyaya (self-study)
ishvarapranidhana (surrender to the higher power)
Ps: Wellbeing doesnt come when u r just physically fit it comes from Emotional,Mental and Spiritual Health as well!!!!
So lets gear up ourselves this International Yoga Day to come up and practice, practice,practice(Sadhana) the Hardest part of Yoga in life and move in path of Salvation( Moksha)!!!

- Bringing you the combination of Medically advised exercises and the Ancient yogic practices for calm, smooth and happy pregnancy.
- We combine Physiotherapy and Yoga exercises to help improve sleep, reduce anxiety and stress , reduce lower back pain, Urine incontinence, increase the strength-flexibility of muscles to help during child birth(Labor).
- Mothers in 2nd trimester (from 14th week onwards) are welcome.
- Considering safety for all mothers, the session will be only online via Zoom Meetings.
- First Class is FREE for a trial. 1 class per week. Every Thursday Evening 6:00 PM.

Legs up the wall or Viprit karni (Inversion)

Your body will thank you for doing it!🥰
Easy and effective for Kids, Elderly people and Adults.
Lie down close to the wall/therapy ball. Bring your hips as close as possible to it. Raise both your legs slowly up and rest.
Start from 5 minutes up to 10-15 minutes maximum.
Helps in :
1. Relieving tired legs after long, strenuous day.
2. Helpful for varicose veins , reduces oedema and swelling of legs.
3. Improves digestion.
4. Helps relieve menstrual cramp by pelvic floor relaxation.
5. Calms central nervous system.
Note: Patients with Glaucoma and High Blood pressure are required to be cautious and check with healthcare professional before performing!!!

Perception,thoughts, attitude, actions/deeds, behaviour and outlook towards life plays important role in shaping oneself.
It is a much deeper aspect of healthy living, as tip of the Iceberg (asanas) which is seen above water but reality lies deep within water.
