🌞 Nyáron ha nem is mindig jégen, akkor is koriban! 🛼

A gyorsasági görkorcsolya nemcsak egy izgalmas nyári sport, hanem a jeges sportágak egyik legjobb szezonon kívüli felkészülési formája is. Gyorskorcsolyázóink közül is sokan választják a nyári hónapokban, hiszen az itt megszerzett technikai tudás és mozgás a jégen is kamatozik.

📅 Július 10–12. között Tatabányán tart workshopot a világszinten elismert kolumbiai edző, Dr. Manuel Moreno. A programon a haladó görkorcsolyázók és az Európa-bajnokságra készülő válogatott keret mellett minden érdeklődő szakembert is szívesen látnak.

Ha a jeges szakágakban dolgozol, és szeretnéd bővíteni a szakmai tudásodat, ez a háromnapos workshop remek lehetőség!

📍 Tatabánya, Hungary
📅 July 10–12, 2026

Join us for three days of intensive training focused on improving competitive speed skating performance.

The camp will be led by Manuel Moreno, international speed skating coach with experience in athlete development, competition preparation, race tactics, technical analysis, and high-performance training.

Topics include:

✅ Skating technique
✅ Cornering technique
✅ Race tactics and strategy
✅ Strength training for speed skating
✅ Plyometric development
✅ Starts, acceleration, and race preparation

Athletes will be grouped according to their level to ensure personalized coaching and maximum learning opportunities.

This is the second edition of the International Performance Camp, bringing together athletes who want to improve their technical skills, racing intelligence, and competitive performance.

Join us in Budapest for the SYNCHRO9 Development Camp - Pathway to YOG 2028, supported by the ISU Development Program, from 23–28 August 2026.

Designed for young skaters preparing for the new SYNCHRO9 category, the camp offers world-class coaching, on- and off-ice training, dance and expression classes, and educational seminars focused on the future of synchronized skating.

Join us in Budapest for the NEXT STEP – European Novice Ice Dance Camp, supported by the ISU Development Program, from 3–8 August 2026.

Designed for Intermediate and Advanced Novice Ice Dance couples, the camp offers a unique opportunity to prepare for the new season in a high-performance international environment.

Athletes will work with experienced coaches and ISU specialists through daily on- and off-ice training sessions, contemporary and ballroom dance classes, movement-to-music training, aerial skills, and acrobatics sessions.

Coaches will also benefit from educational seminars covering technical requirements, program construction, periodization, and Long-Term Athlete Development.

A special highlight be the Test Competition organized on the final day where valuable feedbacks can be gained from our world-class moderator team.
