Hiring Dive Center Manager – Calypso Diving Bali (Amed)

Indonesian candidates only

Work Location: Amed, Bali
Contract Duration: 1 year (inc. a 3 months probation period)

Responsibilities
Manage daily dive center operations
Handle bookings and reservations
Organize schedules and coordinate staff
Manage diving equipment and inventory
Guiding and teaching required if qualified

Requirements
Good English communication skills for working with international guests and employees
Basic computer skills
Diving certification is not required; guiding or teaching may be assigned if qualified (skill in macro/muck diving is an advantage)

Working Hours
8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break
4 days off per month
Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Afternoon shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Competitive fixed salary based on experience (negotiable)
Support for scuba diving certification and level upgrades for long-term contracts

Guiding and teaching commissions if qualified
Guest handling commissions
BPJS after completion of probation period

✅ WNI
✅ Bisa percakapan dasar Bahasa Inggris dan komputer (akan diberikan training sesuai kebutuhan)
✅ Ramah, sopan, dan bertanggung jawab
✅ Disiplin dan bisa bekerja sama dengan tim

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
📞 Membantu menangani reservasi
🗓️ Membantu mengatur jadwal harian aktivitas diving
💻 Membantu pekerjaan administrasi dasar
🫂 Memberikan pelayanan yang ramah kepada tamu

Shift kerja 6 jam: 08.00 - 14.00 atau 14.00 - 20.00.
Libur 4 hari per bulan.

Last month, on 9 August, we joined Ocean Prosperity for an underwater clean up at Amed Selfie dive site.
Together with divers and the local community, we collected trash from the reef and gave a little back to the ocean that gives us so much 🌊💙

This clean up is part of a monthly event dedicated to protecting Amed’s reefs and keeping dive sites like Amed Selfie healthy for corals, fish, and future divers.

Corals may look like stone, but they’re tiny animals called polyps! 🪸

Each coral is made of tiny polyps that build a hard shell from calcium (like how our teeth are hard). That hard shell is what we see as coral.

When thousand of polyps grow together, they form branching structures that become the foundation of the reef and provide shelter for marine life 🌃🐟
