There was a time when I sought yoga studios, temples, solo forest walks, cathedrals, and any place that reminded me of my divinity.
Iโve traveled and lived in countries (including the one I currently live in) where the pulse of spirit is loud.
I have spent my adult life dedicated to understanding myself, supporting others in understanding themselves, and peeling back the layers of conditioning that leaves us seeking something that we already possess.
๐๐ฎ๐ซ ๐จ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ง๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐.
Religion will teach us rules and faith. Yoga practice will teach us dedication and alignment. Temples will teach us prayer and community. But it is ultimately you that must stay quietly by your own side and say, โI see you, Iโve got youโ.
There is no practice that can replace acknowledging your own divine humanity.
This is the pulse I teach to, this is the pulse that keeps me evolving, and this is what I now embrace after 20+ years of seeking.
I AM, has become enough. And because my heart and guidance is always with me, that is enough to fill me with lifetimes of adventure.

Yesterday I facilitated a cacao ceremony where Iโm hosting my 7-Day ๐๐ก๐ซ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐ญ next year.
I noticed the facilitator was slightly nervous and really doing her best to highlight the retreat itinerary having poured her heart into her offer. She had a similar story to many other facilitators that come to Bali and experience a certain level of healing or *awakening*.
And as I led the circle through a very simple and intention opening, I realized I do not plan what I offer anymore ๐คฃ
But I do show up 100% when I teach.
This 7-Day retreat is an opportunity to allow me to guide you into yourself the way I have walked myself inwards for many years. To understand your desires, your sadness, your truth and any story youโve outgrown.
I might be the facilitator, but more than that I show you the door and how to walk through.
There is morning yoga, and daily meditation but this week together is more than that. I will share what Iโve grown to embrace about life on this island, the pulse and rhythm you canโt possibly control even *when* you try.
Iโll share the space with you as the sun rises and sets, as we share, breathe, eat and pray together.
And that is the invitation.

Today during practice, I had a realization while staring at my foot (exactly as pictured).
I have stood in many spots, on many lands, in MANY studios, and this is the foundation for how I show up in the world.
The recognition of who I am at my core, and what I stand for.
My values, my desire to create beauty, and tear down what keeps people stuck.
I've practiced yoga heartbroken, full of joy, physically injured, pregnant, hung over, exhausted, depressed, high on life, in crowded rooms, in basements, on clifftops, beaches and taught thousands at this point.
And here is what I've realized.
Your would desires expression. It longs to experience the full spectrum of life and use this body you have for as long as you have.
To chase sunsets, fall in love again, stand on your hands, and melt inside of life.
Which is why I chose to offer 2 retreats in 2026. Because far too many people are just surviving, and nowhere near thriving.

I share this for those of you well on your spiritual path who might relate. You inevitably hit a part where you question what you once believed to be true.
This might be ideas about yourself, what you've been taught by other teachers, books or just lessons that once resonated and no longer do. Here is one that I've recently released.
๐ ๐๐ฆ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฌ๐๐ฏ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐ ๐จ๐ซ ๐ก๐๐๐ฅ ๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ฌ. I do that simply by saving myself.
Many people have now been taught these grandiose ideas of what spirituality is, when in fact it is your daily acts of living that matter most. When I use the word "saving" as well, I don't mean you have to be drowning to need a shift.
It simply means shepherding your own journey first, and sometimes it will inevitably feel like it's going awry (it never is, but it can FEEL that way).
Now my daughter has no formal therapy training. No in-depth teaching about emotional regulation (she's 6). And truly has the attention span of a butterfly, but when I am skirting the edges of what I can handle, for whatever reason, she knows.
And she pulls in close.
Now I believe in past lives, so I am well aware that being a mother is not the only role I've played. I also release the idea that I will always have the answers as a parent.
But I write this post to release YOURSELF from the idea that you need to know, or that you SHOULD know, especially as a teacher, when you don't. Because sometimes the most courageous part of being spiritual, is simply saying....
I don't know. And I need a hug.

I have taken a break from teaching for the past few months, but I have not taken a break from my practice.
Many times students or new teachers will ask me about my spiritual practices. I remember that stage, when I felt like I could always be doing more or "better".
There is so much idealism in spirituality that I thought to share how I take care of myself.
1. I do not get up at 5:00 am to practice, chant or quiet my mind. I try to get as much sleep into my system as I am very prone to being awake for new moons, full moons and solar flares. Sleep is my regenerative time and how I slow my system down.
2. I get weekly body work. I do this for myself because I love it, and it moves my circulation and lymphatic system.
3. I incorporate lemon water and occasionally apple cider vinegar into my morning routine to balance my gut biome.
4. I saw 2 psychics this year to affirm and offer more insight to what I'm picking up on. It is deeply reassuring to hold different levels of conversation regarding your well-being.
5. I had two chiropractic sessions to adjust my pelvis and back. If you carry children constantly, work on laptops, or don't move regularly, GET AN ADJUSTMENT.
6. I move away from people I get the slightest ping of warning about. I do not even hesitate to figure it out anymore.
7. I catch myself when I am doing too much. I take time to watch the clouds, I walk on the beach, or even sit away from my daughter to recalibrate.
I also move my body on my mat, listen to soothing frequencies, meditate, and eat well, but none of these things are put in a routine. They are just how I live.
I hope this helps you create a better relationship to supporting yourself. We are multi dimensional beings who need care on all levels, least of which thrive in strict routine.

When we listen to others who have the, โgo getter tigerโ attitude, we arenโt considering our own rhythms, and needs.
This was the first practice I had in January and it embodies how I practice these days. I flow quite a bit between shapes, but I chose these five for a reason.
1. Connected to earth while allowing the pelvis to relax= Deeply restorative and soothing.
2. Twisting on your back allows you to deepen your breath while resetting your spine = More mobility and energy in your posture.
3. Squatting on your toes requires deeper breath and focus while opening up the energy lines in your feet = Presence and connection to our bodies in the moment.
4. Warrior postures bring up the steadiness and commitment we bring to our practice and life = Confidence and stillness within oneself.
5. Cross legged sitting allows us to access the space beyond our practice and settle into a quieter space = Dropping into yourself in new ways and experiencing who you are in this present moment.

Sadly, this is a lesson that many people struggle to learn.
There is a stigma around putting yourself first, as you might get slapped with the label "selfish", or worse, "narcissist".
The reality is, so few people serve from a full cup. When you give your time, attention, or service to others to avoid addressing your own needs, it creates even more imbalance for yourself.

Your life force is the greatest gift you can give to the world at this time. Your healthy, glowing and centered presence IS what the world desires, not your efforts or your acts.

When you gift yourself the attention you pour into others, you find a life-long companion who gives and takes in equal measure.

For many years I have shared my insights through yoga, and now feel ready to share more.
Moving forward, I will discuss my experience of psychic and intuitive abilities, what they are, and how to access them. It's important that everyone eventually takes the brave step to be who we really are, regardless of how it's received.
At a point in the world where natural supplements, politics and medical information is being banned on certain platforms, I commit to the G*d consciousness within all people.
While YouTube uploads terrorist activity, I offer body/mind-based practices that help you create alignment and experience higher states of consciousness.
While it sounds lovely, there are actually many deceiving ideas around these topic, so I offer you my experience. ๐๐ผ
I spent much of last week resting in bed with a splitting headache. While the world sees "sickness" as a sign of weakness, I know my body well enough to know it was recalibrating.
Every night I would dream. And each day do my best to relax into the pressure inside my head.
I had no choice but to rest.
We are physically, mentally and spiritually in a massive transition and have been for several years. Some are aware of this and others are too familiar with what they know to receive.
I absolutely came into the work that I do through my body. It has been a humbling, painful, vulnerable and uncomfortable journey at times, but one that gifted me a great appreciation and respect for myself. My body is a conduit for many things, and it is for this reason I still practice. I am deeply grateful for the 20 + years I have chosen to move it.
It is, however, also a human vessel, and one that is changing rapidly. (Hence the headaches and occasional insomnia)
Many people have asked me how I write, and the easiest answer is I don't. I just listen.
I find the more I empty out, the more I know. The less I try to do, the more aware I am. As I remove each "rule" I realize life is not a struggle but an invitation.
This is NOT an intuitive dance for many of us, myself included. But there is a way to learn to trust your guidance, if you are willing and open enough to try.
