🏋️ WANDERLUST WEIGHTLIFTING: A 3 day per week, high volume training program specifically designed to increase your overall strength and Olympic lifts. Expect 30-40 minute sessions of Strength & Accessory focused programming.
🍑 BALI B***Y: This program is built and designed to MAXIMIZE Glute gains by way of progression. This is a 3 day per week program. Each Phase is 4 WEEKS long allowing you to gradually progress every week. You can expect a variety of Hypertrophy-focused movements with a HEAVY emphasis on the GLUTES!

🦧 If you lose momentum after two reps and start swinging aimlessly on the bar, pay attention to these important performance factors highlighted by
🤝 The key to success here is to have a strong, gymnastic beat swing.
✔️After you've nailed the beat swing, you’re ready to implement the following:
Hollow ➡️ Arch ➡️ Drive the Knees UP ➡️ Kick the Toes To Bar ➡️ Fall back into the arch ➡️ Hollow ➡️ Drive the Knees UP ➡️ Kick the Toes to Bar and so on.
