I see Athletes all the time pressuring themselves to be the best, to be great, to not fail. This at times confuses the mind that in order to be the best you have to only get positive results. Positive results come after adjustments being made, after understanding the why of the negative results and most importantly after embracing these results, AKA Failure! It takes a level of Mental Toughness and Training to be able to not let these situations affect you Mentally and Emonionally. If you want to be successful, you have to learn how to fail first.
