A morning yoga practice will help to get the blood, breath and muscles moving before breakfast, therefore allowing the nutrients from your food to be better absorbed. A strong practice can help build muscle, dramatically boost metabolism, and breathing fully and deeply increases circulation, also helping the metabolism to stay ticking along nicely.
A little bit of pranayama, a little upper body strength, of course, some opening work as well. Start the day with a clean slate with this class.
Myo fascia release therapy is that focuses on the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles, bones, organs, and myofascial tissues. The fascia can become tight or restricted due to trauma, inflammation, or surgical procedures, leading to pain and limited mobility. Myofascial Release involves gentle, sustained pressure on the myofascial connective tissue to release tension and restore movement.

Urdhva Dhanurasana is a more advanced backbend that most people will have to work towards. The full expression of the pose has greater benefits than the milder backbends, such as Bujangasana (Cobra pose) and Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge pose). Urdhva Dhanurasana opens the chest so the lungs can function better, it stretches the muscles of the chest, belly and hips and legs, while engaging the muscles on the back body. Urdhva Dhanurasana stretches the organs in the belly, stimulating circulation and increasing the functioning of the organs. It also massages the kidneys and stimulates the adrenal glands, which make us feel more energised and alive. It’s a pose with benefits so well worth the effort!.....
Hip opening yoga poses are practiced to release accumulated physical tension and emotional stress stored in the pelvis, which is often caused by prolonged sitting. These poses enhance mobility, flexibility, and blood circulation in the hip joints, alleviating lower back pain and supporting overall physical and emotional well-being.
Aerial yoga, or anti-gravity yoga, uses a silk hammock to suspend the body, providing significant benefits like spinal decompression, deep muscle strengthening (especially the core), and increased flexibility. It enhances balance, promotes mental relaxation, and makes inversions accessible for all levels. You are also practicing on how to assist your students later when you teach in your class, so you will build your confidence as an aerial yoga teacher after you finish the course.
Are you ready to become an aerial yoga teacher..?
DM us for more info.
An Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Course is a specialized certification program that teaches individuals how to safely instruct yoga poses using a suspended fabric hammock. These courses cover rigging safety, aerial techniques, anatomy, and sequencing to help students transition from mat-based yoga to practicing in the air, focusing on both therapeutic and acrobatic poses. Are you ready to join them on our upcoming YTTC sky flow on 9 - 15 August 2026.
