Aceh Marathon 2018

Dear all international participants of Aceh Marathon 2018 who have been registered,

As a result of the meeting of the Aceh Provincial Government as the organizer, based on various considerations, Aceh Marathon 2018 event has been postponed. Regarding the date of this event, will be informed further.

Therefore, to participants who have registered and wish to cancel the registration, the organizer decided to provide the "Registration Fee" in full refund (MDR fee and bank transfer fee not included in the registration fee). Regardless of the registration fee, the organizer will still talk about this to find the best solution for all parties.

Please send the required documents: copy / screenshot of the transfer receipt, passport and email you received upon successful registration to email:

The refund process is approximately 14 (fourteen) working days since you have received the confirmation that your documents have been submitted during working days. Payment by credit card will be returned to your credit limit, while transfer will be returned by transfer to the same bank account. We cannot process the refund if any of the documents mentioned cannot be provided. The refund will also cannot be proceed if the request and documents sent by Instagram Direct Message, Whatsapp or another social media.

We sincerely apologise for the suspension. We hope this event will come back with more upgrading.

Diinfokan kepada seluruh peserta Aceh Marathon 2018 yang telah terdaftar,

Berdasarkan keputusan Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Aceh sebagai pihak penyelenggara yang didasari dengan berbagai macam pertimbangan, acara Aceh Marathon 2018 telah ditangguhkan. Mengenai tanggal kepastian acara ini, masih akan terus diinformasikan selanjutnya.

Untuk itu, bagi peserta yang telah mendaftar dan ingin mengundurkan diri oleh karena sesuatu dan lain hal diberikan keringanan berupa pengembalian “Biaya Pendaftaran” secara utuh tanpa ada potongan (biaya MDR dan biaya transfer bank tidak termasuk dalam biaya pendaftaran). Diluar dari biaya pendaftaran tersebut, pihak penyelenggara masih akan membicarakan hal ini untuk mencari solusi terbaik.

Silahkan mengirimkan dokumen yang dibutuhkan berupa copy / screenshot bukti transfer, KTP dan email yang Anda terima pada saat telah sukses melakukan registrasi, ke email:

Proses pengembalian uang adalah terhitung kurang lebih 14 (empat belas) hari kerja sejak dokumen-dokumen tersebut kami konfirmasi telah diterima (pada hari kerja). Pembayaran melalui kartu kredit akan dikembalikan ke dalam limit kartu, sementara transfer akan dikembalikan ke rekening peserta. Kami tidak bisa melakukan proses refund jika ada salah satu dari dokumen tersebut yang tidak bisa disertakan. Refund juga tidak akan diproses jika permintaan hanya dikirim melalui Direct Message Instagram, Whatsapp dan media sosial lainnya.
Kami memohon maaf yang sebesar-besarnya atas penangguhan acara ini kepada seluruh pihak. Kami harap event ini akan kembali dengan pembenahan yang lebih maksimal.
