Rina Lie, founder of Amity Studio, has been teaching Pilates since 2011, with a deep passion for how movement can truly transform posture and the way we feel in our body.

Her journey is built through years of continuous learning, global trainings, and more than 20 certifications along the way.

Because at Amity, we believe great teaching comes from real knowledge and experience.
