When i made video for my beloved members for exercising at home, in part of side plank with hip adduction, i just realized i didn't able to adduct my hip when my R legs at the top, i felt my R adductor being compensated with my L QL. That's wrong. And I checked that i had many patern dysfunction between them so i fixed it with P-DTR.
You can see then i just able to adduct my hip. Just like magic but its not, P-DTR can restore optimal reflexive activity of the nervous system to stimulus.

Are you have this problem:
1 tension type headaches
2 temporo-mandibular joint (TMJ) disorder
3 neck pain
4 painful shoulder (impigement shoulder)
5 poor sleep (snore sleep)
6 numbness or tingling in arms and/or hands (thoracal outlet syndrome)
7 facial pain (trigeminal neuralgia)
And then you look again from bottom that you also have flat feet, knee that cave in, anterior pelvic tilt and rounded shoulder. Definetely You need CORRECTIVE EXERCISES immediately before everything get worse. Proper postural aligntment means ankles knees hips shoulders and ears in same vertical line from the side. To my dear EAT member, I told you over and over why I always give you glut especially glut medius activation and strengthening exercises plus stretch your TFL on my TRX class. Weakness of hip abductor a.k.a gluteus medius the primary frontal plane stabilizer of Femur is associated with overactivity of TFL which attaches to IT-band cause increased tension throughout IT-band and lateral knee and cause IT-band inflammation and patellofemoral pain. Stop just using hotpacks, nsaid and only stretching type exercises or other temporary reliever, you need to work the underactive muscle and correct your muscle imbalance.

Single leg TRX squat and hip hinge
Why must single leg?
We have asymmetries due to our internal anatomy, injuries and compensations we have developed, and due to our sporting backgrounds. The biggest benefit of unilateral training is the ability to build strength independently between legs also get stability from core hip knee ankle and feet and maintain our pelvis in neutral position (no anterior pelvic tilt) and increase body ability to move freely in multiple position and plane of movement.
