Hey everyone❤️ Hope you all doing good😘 Shearing with you one of my old training videos, wat do you think about it? Personally I love this intro part and of course my favorite "lan na zha" haha, which I explained in my previous lessons, you can check it later❤️ So as you can see the rhythm is very important in Wushu and change absolutely everything. 😇
