Are you experiencing life or explaining it in your head?

You see most people aren’t living life. They’re constantly “commenting” on it.

Thoughts explaining everything
Judging everything.
Replaying everything

And somewhere in that people get caught and dragged about due to all the noise. Which then leads to the moment being missed.

The explanations are endless. The experience is now.

Also understand this. Thoughts aren’t the problem. When thoughts are seen clearly for what they are, just thoughts, they can be used when needed and put down when they’re not. Noticing this repeatedly will allow you to sit into that which sees the thoughts then whatever happens will happen.

Most people try to control their mind.
Which makes sense to many. But what if I asked you about the story that is running underneath the thinking of “wanting to control the mind?” You don’t have to change it. Just notice it. Sometimes that’s enough.

Effortlessly I said “REST”

Then elaborated “ The only place you’ll ever feel at peace is in rest. So rest now”

Rest and be aware of that which is happening without your “doing”. Just like when you are asleep 👁️.
