have an ideal body weight).

 Duration challenge: 8 Weeks (1 November – 30 December 2022)

 Registration period: 25th October – 31st October 2022

 INBODY Check 1: 1 – 4 November 2022

 INBODY Check 2: 26 – 30 December 2022 (12pm)

 Winner’s announcement: 30 December 2022

- Male or female monthly or annual member of The Gym Maximum age 60 years old
- Fill in the registration form (Google form)
