What's your story??????
The two kinds of stories we tell about ourselves
We’ve all created our own personal histories, marked by highs and lows, that we share with the world — and we can shape them to live with more meaning and purpose.

I love drawing with charcoal. How do you love to express your creativity?
Here's what I've learned about creativity from the world of wholehearted living and loving:
1. “I’m not very creative” doesn’t work. There’s no such thing as creative people and non-creative people. There are only people who use their creativity and people who don’t. Unused creativity isn't benign. It lives within us until it’s expressed, neglected to death, or suffocated by resentment and fear.
2. The only unique contribution that we will ever make in this world will be born of our creativity.
3. If we want to make meaning, we need to make art. Cook, write, draw, doodle, paint, scrapbook, take pictures, collage, knit, rebuild an engine, sculpt, dance, decorate, act, sing – it doesn’t matter. As long as we’re creating, we’re cultivating meaning.

Understanding more about how our bodies work and ways to work with it
is densely woven connective tissue that surrounds and interconnects almost every structure in the body. Layers of fascia can become glued together, limiting our mobility, even causing pain. Fascia also changes slowly over time, adapting (for better or for worse) to our posture and movement patterns. Serious restriction requires the help of a trained bodyworker but we can work with this on ourselves as well with myofascial release, a broad term for various methods (often using a foam roller, tennis or massage balls) used to restore normal malleability in muscles and fascia.
Myofascial Release can achieve the following key benefits:
1. Release adhesions between fascia layers; these can restrict our range of motion.
2. Restore soft tissue pliability, so we aren’t stuck in our postural habits & patterns.
3. Boost circulation & hydration, reducing blood & lymphatic stagnation.
4. Reawaken neuromuscular connections, especially in areas that are chronically tight. Thanks for the great info .Land.Yoga!
