What a beautiful group.

Today we explored how a yoga flow is more than just pose after pose.
It’s about understanding the body, feeling the transitions, and allowing creativity to come through movement.

Seeing everyone build their own sequences was honestly the best part. Every flow had its own personality.

Thank you for sharing your energy, curiosity, and movement in this space.

If you’ve been curious about learning how to design your own yoga flow with more intention and creativity, we’ll be opening the next Sequencing with Soul again this June.

Khusus aku create kelas ini untuk berbagi proses creative di lab aku sendiri.
Banyak banget yang mau kusampaikan, tapi akhirnya kuputuskan untuk memberikan essensi yang diperlukan selama 3 jam workshop.

Cita2nya sih biar temen2 yang hadir nanti bisa langsung 'bawa pulang' untuk diaplikasiin lagi di kelasnya masing2.
