Today we commemorate the birthday of our beloved Guruji BKS Iyengar, 14th December. Even Google acknowledges it.

We are pleased to announce that Geetaji would be conducting a special session, Yoganushasanam 2015 this December. The details are as follows:

Venue: Indoor Badminton court in Balewadi Sports Complex, PUNE, India (Same as last year).

Dates : From 5th to 12th December , 2015. (8 days in total)

Class timings: to be announced

Theme: Asana for Pranayama & Pranayama

The fees is USD 450.

Location for the Yoga Day at GBK this Sunday, 21st June. Be there by 6 am !

Making Yoga an Exercise in Democracy Yoga was long the preserve of India's highest-caste men, the Brahmins. Thanks to B.K.S. Iyengar, it is the preserve of women and has spread to foreigners.
