Info The Boston Marathon

Notices have been sent to most runners who submitted an application during Week One of registration (Sept. 14-19) for the 2016 Boston Marathon. Some submissions from Week One have yet to be verified, and many variables play into the validation process (exact time submitted, whether or not the race is in our system, precise name used in the qualifying race or a different name used to register for Boston, etc.). The B.A.A. asks for your patience as we verify results and performances. If you have not received verification, please do not worry: your Reference/Submission ID number holds your place until your application is completely verified. In some cases, it may take up to 2-3 weeks for verification. http://www.baa.org/…/…/participant-information/entrants.aspx
The B.A.A. will continue to receive application submissions through Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. ET from those who have met the B.A.A.’s qualifying times. Registration is not first-come, first-served and the field size is limited for the 120th Boston Marathon on Monday, April 18, 2016.
