Animal Movement Drills. When I first began jiu-jitsu animal movement drills were all the rage. I still use them a lot - mainly as warm-ups for my classes but I also do these for myself and add them into the mix of weekly yoga and weight training. Animal movements are great for mobility and as I approach my mid-50's I hope these will continue to keep me limber as I get older. I actually recorded many more but there's only room to fit 10. So I'll do a Part 2 with ten more animal movement drills when I get time. Heh I even drew the little animal icons in the video too. #bjj #jiujitsu #animaldrills 04/08/2023

In 2012 I told that this guy would write his name in history. Not many people knew at the time how great would become but having trained and getting to know him it was undeniable. No one had energy like him, he would brighten any room. Still can’t believe he’s gone.
