Join and Real Yoga in raising funds to help protect marginalized children in Jabodetabek from COVID-19!
The COVID-19 cases in Indonesia have reached the highest daily spike over the past few weeks. The Indonesian Pediatrician Association and the COVID-19 national task force recorded that the fatality rate of children due to COVID-19 is 3-5%, where 50% of them are toddlers. This number is the highest in the world.
As an effort, we're providing Charity Yoga Classes to raise funds to protect the children, so that you can stay healthy, AND spread healthiness!

We often think of Yoga as a women's sport, but men gain just the same amount of benefits! Aside of being more flexible 😉, it improves cardiovascular health, and is great for target strengthening muscles!
Kita sering anggap Yoga sebagai olahraga wanita, tetapi pria mendapatkan jumlah manfaat yang sama! Selain bisa lebih fleksibel 😉, Yoga bisa meningkatkan kesehatan kardiovaskular, dan sangat bagus untuk memperkuat otot!

Children are generally pretty flexible, and it's because their bones are still developing. With constant exercise, not only will their bones get stronger, but their muscles and joints will too! Yoga is a great exercise for kids as they will find it both challenging and relaxing at the same time, plus, aside from physical strength, doing yoga with kids helps build concentration and character!
Anak-anak umumnya fleksibel, karena tulang mereka masih berkembang. Dengan olahraga konstan, selain mengkuatkan tulang, otot dan persendian mereka juga akan lebih kuat! Yoga adalah latihan yang bagus untuk anak-anak karena mereka bisa merasa ditantang dan relaksasi sekaligus, ditambah lagi, selain kekuatan fisik, melakukan yoga dengan anak-anak bisa membantu membangun konsentrasi dan karakter!
