Nothing New Under The Sun..☀️

Tidak ada yg baru di bawah matahari kita, seperti itu kurang lebih pepatahnya. Ngga ada yg benar-benar baru di bawah bumi kita ini.

Cara kerja otot sejak ilmu anatomy dan workout psychology ditemukan sampai saat ini masih sama. berkontraksi secara concentric, eccentric dan isometric. Yang baru pendekatannya, yang baru research nya, yang baru ide-ide di balik industrynya.. 🏋️‍♂️

Suatu kebanggaan bisa di ajak sharing dan berbagi tentang rencana perkembangan industri fitness di tanah air. Semoga bisa berkontribusi lebih banyak di bidang yang saya tekuni sejak 10 tahunan ini, di tanah kebugaran dan kesehatan ini.

Kita nantikan gebrakan dari Pioneer Fitness Indonesia dalam waktu dekat ini.. SALAM BUGAR!🙏

Thinking Fast and Slow.. ⏳

Most of the time, We need to think and act fast, take an important decision, crucial judjement, new resolution and a final conclusion that sometimes can only be rethinking later.

And occasionally, we need to calm down, we deserve to slow down sometimes, to make a good overview, and to look back how it goes so far.. by that, we can decide what's next .

Congratulations to us for what we've done so far. Now we entering a new day, new month..

Hey! 1 month progress..! 😅
Been doing "my diet" since january 7th 2019. A contains of high carbs, moderate protein, and a low fat intake. I eat approximately 2600kcal a day in average. The composition I always try to manage is Carbs 60% : Protein 30% : Fat 10% well sometimes it's over, especially on weekend. 😁✌

I try to enjoy my diet, not a strict one, but the happy. Coz I believe that a good diet is the one that you can maintain it happily and for the longest time or even forever. Like you keep your lovely one.. haha 😅😂

Can only get this far for 30 days in deficit calories around 2100kcal.. 😊

I almost never get into "diet" until mid of december I decide to use and apply what I've learnt, read and knew about using application. I typically a hard gainer, then most of the time I eat a lot and struggle to put and get more weight.
I'd like to experiment myself of how "they" struggling to loose weight, strict to the diet plan and doing weight training regularly. It's not easy indeed, we need a huge motivation to keep in track.
Hopefully can inspire my friends outside, that we can achieve anything we want the most, with hard and smart work.. 😉👌
