To win games..you have to be a team player. You can’t do it on your own because It’s a team sport for example like a game of chess, you need every piece working together, trusting one another and moving with purpose to achieve the objective and secure the win.

When one player grows, the team grows..When one person falls short, the team lifts them up. That’s culture..That’s leadership.

Always remain a student of the game. Stay humble in victory and hungry in defeat. There’s no finish line at every camp and every tournament you participate in is a new chapter, a new lesson and a new opportunity to elevate your standard.

That’s what it means to be in a team sport. 💯

Accepting the reality of your passing has been difficult. Seeing the outpouring of love, prayers and support from the community speaks volumes about the lives you touched. Your impact went far beyond flag football..you shaped people, strengthened bonds and built a true sense of belonging with everyone.

You were more than a teammate..you were a mentor, a leader and a constant source of encouragement. You welcomed everyone with open arms and made us feel at home and reminded us what it truly meant to be part of something bigger than ourselves. You’re a true example of what a teammate, a friend and a father figure should be.

I will deeply miss our conversations on the field and the life talks we shared off the field. Your wisdom, kindness, and passion will continue to live on through the people you inspired. You didn’t just leave memories behind, you left a legacy.

I would like to thank the coaches especially coach and coach for giving me the opportunity of a lifetime to coach at 💯

It was an absolute honour to gain insight into the purpose and principles behind what we applied ensuring every participant experienced the very best from this camp.
Learning from great coaches around the world has shaped my coaching journey and how I see things in life.

I believe coaches exist to inspire not to seek self-praise but to build athletes through strong culture, work-ethics and leadership basically bringing the best version of yourself.

It began as a joke pulling together a 10 man roster for a big tournament that turned into one of the most competitive and memorable experiences we’ve had.

Players from different teams and cultures came together with pride and drive. We pushed each other, competed hard and found new levels within ourselves not just to win but to grow into better athletes.

I would like to thank the supporters that cheered and assisted us on the sideline by keeping us hydrated.

Throwback to Summer Slam - trip repping 🏈

6 years ago, 2019 played under Coach with & . The goal back then was to learn the game, feel the intensity and see how it stacked up against the Malaysian scene until today they still inspire players to fulfil that goal and growth to be better athletes.

Fast forward to 2025, now playing alongside a younger generation of athletes and future leaders of Malaysian sports. Grateful to witness their dedication and even more blessed to connect with them on a personal level. Made the trip unforgettable.

Winning the tournament was truly a blessing but the greatest win for me was the opportunity to learn from (Team 🇺🇸 Flag Football) - learning about the game, game situation and their culture of being at a professional level.

The respect we have fostered not only enriched my understanding of the game but also highlighted the importance of teamworkk and resilience. I am truly grateful to have such humble and dedicated athletes by our side. The unwavering support and guidance during tough situations were invaluable and helped me grow both as a player and as a person.

Shoutout to coach for assembling a team for us to learn and to be inspired to be better. The impact you’ve made on our growth as athletes and individuals is unmatched and goes unchallenged. Thank you by leading by example of being a coach to us and walk the talk by supporting us every step in the way.
