Our small, intimate and personalized Studio has state-of-the-art STOTT PILATES equipments including REFORMERS, CADILLAC, STABILITY CHAIRS, LADDER BARRELS and a variety of light equipment. Our instructors are certified from STOTT PILATES and other credible pilates institutes,who have completed various Comprehensive Training Programs. They are qualified Pilates teachers with incredible knowledge and a broad range of experience in the Pilates method.
