Nobody never said, the 9 months journey of pregnancy will always be easy to love ourselves.
Physical and physiological changes of being🤰 can take a toll on ourselves.
Prioritizing self care, by investing some copious time to move, and giving your body good and healthy nutrition is one of the fundamentals way to do it.
So it will make it easier for us, to always trust our physical and physiological changes throughout the pregnancy.
You are doing great mama!

Izinkan aku berbagi ya, tentang 5 hal peran penting yang harus kita penuhi sebagai pre&postnatal trainer:
1. Memberikan panduan dan juga mendukung segala progress & regress dari fitness journey client kita.
2. Merancang program latihan yang aman dan juga sesuai dengan perkembangan dari perjalanan kehamilan dan p***a kelahiran client.
3. Mengutamakan latihan otot inti perut dan juga otot panggul dasar yang aman di setiap latihannya.
4. Selalu memantau dengan baik kondisi kehamilan / p***a kelahirannya agar dapat memberikan modifikasi yang tepat dan aman.
5. Selalu memberikan sesi latihan yang menyenangkan agar client tetap semangat dalam berlatih.
Tentu ke 5 hal ini harus kita lengkapi dengan pengetahuan yang tepat, agar bisa memenuhi semua kriteria diatas.
