It is with a heavy heart that we announce October will be the last month PLCRX is open! We have had a great 18 months working out and hanging out with a great group of friends. We would like to thank all the people who helped us set up and all the people who supported us on a daily basis! Come in for a work out before the doors close for good! Don't be sad, we will see you all in a gym somewhere, sometime soon, lifting something heavy. Always Heavy!

This weekend our fit friends in Singapore participated in a fund raising event for REACH Community Services Society. This Sunday! From 6am to 11am we will be running the biggest CrossFit competition, the Indonesian Fitness Games at Goifex. We have a total of 140 people competing for 1st 2nd and 3rd Individual Men,Women and Team category.

Congratulations to our Mighty Mini, Devina for competing in and demolishing her first power lifting meet in Singapore! Not only did she come home with gold, she set national records in ALL 3 lifts. Lastly, to all the other competitors today, job well done! I know some of us feel that we could have done better, but the journey to this meet has made us much stronger.
