What an intense, challenging, and rewarding two weeks it has been 💪🏽

An Instructor Training Course is about far more than demonstrating skills or passing evaluations. It’s about learning how to teach, communicate, adapt, mentor, inspire confidence, and take responsibility for the safety and growth of future divers.

Over the past two weeks, our candidates have been pushed outside their comfort zones, challenged to think differently, and encouraged to develop the professionalism and leadership that define great instructors.

Learning in a small, serene environment makes this journey even more special. Away from distractions, surrounded by nature, and supported by a close-knit team, there is space to focus, reflect, and truly grow.
