Just breaking up your feed with this beautiful shot of a curious green sea turtle π’π
There's a reason people say, "be more turtle" and it's because of this relaxed, unhurried aura they have.
Our cameraman matched that same energy, staying calm and still, letting the turtle decide how close it wanted to come.
That's often the secret to the best wildlife encounters underwater. The less you chase the moment, the more likely it is to unfold naturally π

A huge congratulations to our newly certified Divemaster candidate, Koming! ππ
We are incredibly proud to have sponsored Koming's Divemaster training through our partnership with Daughters of the Deep, as part of our wider commitment to creating more opportunities for local women in the dive industry.
But even more than that, we're proud of HER! Watching Koming's confidence, knowledge, and skills grow throughout her training and seeing her develop into the capable, inspiring dive professional she is today, has been an absolute honour.
She has worked hard to reach this milestone over the last couple of months and we've loved having her warm, bubbly presence around our dive centre.
We can't wait to see Koming leading dives, sharing her passion for the ocean with others, and continuing to inspire more women to follow the same path.
Congratulations , we're so proud of you! ππ

There's so much more to discover underwater than the iconic manta rays and giant sunfish that Nusa Penida is renowned for. In fact, some of the reef's most fascinating residents are the ones you might swim straight past without even noticing!
Knowing what you're looking at can completely change the way you experience a dive. From colourful nudibranchs and perfectly camouflaged crabs to the incredible peacock mantis shrimp, every dive is full of tiny marine marvels waiting to be discovered.
Next time you're underwater, slow down, look a little closer, and you might be surprised by what you find. π
A huge thank you to for sharing these incredible macro shots from their dives with us here in Nusa Penida! πΈπ
Tried to capture the joy of seeing a giant sunfish up close at 30 metres on an empty dive site... just you, your guests, and every one of them seeing a mola mola for the very first time. π

Yesterday, on August 7th, we were lucky enough to witness a Balinese cremation ceremony, known as Ngaben!
Ngaben is an important Hindu Balinese ritual that symbolises the release of the soul from the physical body and its journey to reincarnation. These ceremonies bring families and communities together to honour and celebrate the life of someone who has passed away.β
Swipe through to learn a little more about Ngaben and this fascinating part of local Balinese culture. πΊ
Emergency First Response (EFR) training is a requirement for the PADI Rescue Diver certification, so many students complete it just before beginning their Rescue course π
But even if becoming a Rescue Diver isn't on your radar yet, EFR is still incredibly valuable training to have under your belt. Here's why...
You'll learn essential lifesaving skills, including how to recognise a medical emergency, perform CPR, provide rescue breaths, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). You'll also cover Secondary Care, where you'll learn basic first aid for injuries and illnesses that aren't immediately life-threatening.
People often talk about how important these skills areβand they're right. Knowing what to do in an emergency can genuinely make a difference. But what they don't always mention is that the course can be a lot of fun too!
After all, the more enjoyable the training is, the more likely you are to remember what you've learned when it really counts
