Big shoutout to Bul for being our Employee of the Month!

Bul might be one of the youngest members of our team, but his attitude is something everyone can learn from. He’s always eager to improve, always asking questions, and never stops learning. On top of that, he’s always happy to help the team whenever he can.

If you’ve surfed with Bul, you’ll know he’s also one of the best surfers on our team. This month he competed in a surf competition. The result wasn’t what he was hoping for, but that’s all part of the journey. We’re proud of him for putting himself out there, and we know this is only the beginning.

The biggest thing that stands out about Bul is that he keeps learning and stays humble. That’s the mindset that leads to success, and it’s something we hope our younger surf guides can follow too.

Thanks for all your hard work, your positive energy, and everything you bring to the team. Keep charging, keep learning, and keep being yourself. We’re stoked to have you with us!

Nuuk consistently brings positive energy to the team, pays close attention to every detail, and always strives for excellence in his work.

His willingness to go above and beyond, including staying beyond standard working hours whenever needed to ensure tasks are completed, reflects his outstanding dedication and commitment.

Toya is one of the most determined people on our team. He has this great combination of being soft and easygoing, while also being incredibly strong and reliable when it matters most.

He’s a great example for our younger surf guides, always encouraging them to keep learning, improving, and pushing themselves to become better every day.

If you’ve ever been in the water with Toya, you’ll know he has the perfect balance between staying focused on teaching and making every session fun. His little jokes and funny moments always bring smiles and laughs in the lineup, creating an amazing experience for everyone around him.
