Ashtari Yoga is located on the hill on Ashtari estate in Kuta Lombok. The yoga platform is situated below the Horizon restaurant looking out towards the ocean offering the ideal place to practice yoga. Classes are offered daily at 9am 5pm, run for 75min each. We offer several different styles of yoga, Yin Yoga, Yin Sound Healing, Yin Yang, Core Strength Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Detox Flow, Hatha Yoga, Restorative
