Completing the challenging 2 km, 5 km, and 10 km swim courses at Muaya Beach was no easy feat, but our swimmers showed unparalleled determination and dedication. 💪🌟

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of them for conquering the unpredictable tides, relentless currents, and challenging waves. 🌊 Their perseverance and unwavering spirit truly shone through in the face of such demanding conditions.

Dilatih oleh para pelatih berprestasi dan telah berpengalaman 10+ tahun di bidangnya, sesi grup renang dengan program latihan terstruktur ini terbuka bagi:
- Beginner swimmer
- Triathlete / ironman
- Competitive swimmer
- Masters swimmer
- Fitness swimmer

Sesi diadakan setiap hari Selasa & Jumat, pukul 06.00 - 08.00.

Prenot will be holding a swim clinic in Pondok Indah Waterpark on March 24th, 2023 if you're interested.

Started the 2nd half of 2022 by completing Oceanman Bali 2022. Congratulations to all the finishers!

We managed to be on several podiums this year:
- Coach coming in 3rd🥉 place in female overall Full Oceanman 10K swim.
- Coach placed 2nd 🥈 in his age group Full Oceanman 10K swim.
- 1st place🥇for Coach ; 2nd 🥈🥈for Coach & ; 3rd🥉🥉for & in their respective age group Half Oceanman 5K swim.

We are also proud to have some first timers joining us as well and managed to finish strong. Congratulations, Swimlab's athletes! Your hardwork and consistency training has paid off well 😉
