When passion leads you to the big stage, you savor every moment and every step that brought you there. 🩵 As a self-proclaimed introvert (yup, in a very extroverted job) who’s been teaching POUND for about 6 years now, I never imagined myself standing in front of 600+ students teaching group fitness. But with the support of those around me — and a little push to step out of my comfort zone — I managed to brave through the self-doubt and embraced my imperfections with pride as I faced one of the biggest classes I’ve taught since I started teaching.

What truly fuels me, though, are my students — their energy, their spirit, and the joy the they get out of . Y’all are a constant reminder of WHY I do this, and you all inspire me to keep passing the good energy forward. 🥹🥹🥹

🩵 ionation6 was nothing short of a grand celebration of community, inclusivity, and joyful movement. My heart is overflowing with gratitude, and I’m deeply humbled to have been chosen to be part of it. This event is forever etched in my memory because moments like these don’t come often for me.
