Phase 2 is our ‘Build’ focus, featuring more push movements. In this Phase we will be focusing on mastering push lifts, by increasing range of motion, improving technique and training at a higher volume to develop movement patterns.
🔹MVP: Even numbered stations will change on the second lap while still using the same equipment
🔹Maximus: Weightlifting- inspired session to work on the big lifts
🔹Athletica: Original F45 cardio workouts to build a solid aerobic base.
🔹Deuces: split- resistance workout where members can choose upper or lower body
🔹The Nines: Resistance hybrid workout with training techniques commonly used in his pro athlete and celebrity training sessions
🔹SoCal: 60 minutes loaded with cardio, strength, agility, power and core.
🔹Panthers: Classic resistance- based session designed to build strength and induce muscle fatigue
