✨ Meet Maha Krisnanda — our Chakra Healer at Heart Space ✨
Born and raised in Bali, Maha comes from a family lineage of traditional Balinese healing, with wisdom passed down through generations. His journey later took him to India, where he deepened his practice of chakra balancing, energy healing, meditation, conscious breathing and yoga.
At Heart Space, Maha combines Chakra Healing, Marma Therapy and Tibetan Singing Bowls to create a deeply intuitive and individual healing experience.
No two sessions are ever the same. Each treatment meets you where you are — gently working with energetic and emotional blockages that may be held beneath our conscious awareness, while creating space for greater balance, vitality and inner peace.
With his calm and compassionate presence, Maha invites you to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with the innate healing wisdom of your body. ✨

✨ CACAO CEREMONY · RESTORATIVE YIN · SOUND HEALING
A Balinese heart-cleansing offering 🌺💕
Step into an evening shaped around gentle tradition and deep inner release.
Warm ceremonial cacao is taken with intention — softening the chest, opening the breath, and encouraging the flow of feel-good neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine, and theobromine.
We honour the lineage of the land with a simple Balinese ceremony, where five points of prayer are placed around the space to invite blessing, protection, and harmony.
Throughout the entire session, sound healing holds the space — crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and subtle overtone frequencies flowing continuously from beginning to end. These sounds work directly on the brain’s electrical rhythms, easing stress, quieting anxious thoughts, and guiding the mind into deeper alpha and theta states.
We then move through Restorative Yin Yoga, allowing the fascia to release through long, supported shapes that calm the vagus nerve, lower cortisol, improve circulation, and gently shift the body into its parasympathetic rest-and-repair state.
A ceremony for your heart, your spirit, and your nervous system.
A return to yourself. ✨
☕️CACAO CEREMONY · RESTORATIVE YIN · SOUND HEALING
A Balinese heart-cleansing offering🌺
✨️Step into an evening shaped around the ancient South American traditions, immersed in a Balinese heart-opening ritual, where warm ceremonial cacao is taken with intention — softening the chest, deepening breath, and increasing the flow of feel-good neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine, and theobromine.
These natural compounds gently elevate mood, improve clarity, and create a sense of emotional spaciousness within the body.
We move into Restorative Yin Yoga, allowing the fascia to release through long, supported postures. Scientifically, these shapes calm the vagus nerve, lower cortisol, improve circulation through connective tissues, and shift the body into a parasympathetic “rest-and-repair” state. It is the medicine of slowing down — the body remembering how to soften.
The evening is combined with sound healing: crystal & Tibetan bowls, chimes, and subtle overtone frequencies that work directly on the brain’s electrical rhythms. Studies show that sound resonance can reduce stress markers, regulate heart rate, quiet anxious thought patterns, and guide the mind into deeper alpha and theta states — the doorway to profound calm.
A ceremony for the heart, the spirit, and the nervous system.
A return to yourself.
✨️Yoga Nidra by Candlelight & Live Crystal & Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath ✨️
As the sun sets over Ubud, the candles are lit and the world softens.
Yoga Nidra unfolds in this golden quiet — a journey into deep rest, where breath and being become one.
Yoga Nidra — sometimes called yogic sleep — isn’t sleep at all, but a bridge between waking and dreaming. The body settles as if asleep, yet awareness stays quietly awake.
It’s a journey inward, layer by layer — from breath to sensation to the vast stillness underneath thought. The practice guides the nervous system into profound repair, where tension dissolves and the mind resets itself.
