The human longing…SO fascinating

The way the psyche can romanticise and fantasise about a reality so intensely that, when reality finally arrives, it can never quite live up to the imagination

So we dream again

But we can’t open ourselves to a new dream without first grieving the old one

I really don’t think we talk about this enough…

There can be so much shame around not feeling purely grateful when we finally arrive at somewhere we’ve spent so long wanting to be

But the grief is real

You can be deeply grateful for what you have and still grieve what you had to leave behind to get there

Because every time reality replaces fantasy, we’re not just letting go of what we imagined we’re letting go of a version of the future we once believed in

Yesterday morning I woke up as if it were the first time I had seen the sunlight, immense grief filled my heart, nostalgia came flooding in because I woke up to the truth that I am living in a dream that only wants to keep dreaming

Living in a mind that keeps reaching for the next possibility, the next version, the next imagined life

And maybe this is the strange ache of being human

We long for the dream
We reach the reality of the dream
We grieve when we wake up

And then we dream again

I’ve fulfilled so many things I once said I wanted

And as incredible as it is to look around and realise that some of the things I once imagined are now my reality, there is never really an end (until there is an end)

The soul keeps wanting to rewrite its karma
The mind keeps imagining
The spirit keeps longing to create
The body keeps growing and changing with time

And maybe the grief that lives inside us is simply the love that never stopped dreaming

The love we had for the life we imagined
The love we have for the life we are living
And the love we already feel for the life that hasn’t happened yet

The spaces I hold are grief portals, mastering the art of grieving each dream gently enough to make room for the next one

The pure, unfiltered moments of play, laughter, dancing, raw expression and connection that allowed everything else to soften

Life needs this balance

Without play, life can become so heavy filled with responsibility, holding, processing, healing, and all the things we carry

But play gives us life again…it nourishes the parts of us that don’t need to be fixed, understood, or transformed

They simply want to feel, move, laugh, and be free

This was an intense portal for me, I was due to bleed early as the Eclipse season is restructuring my cycle and my insecurities were right at the surface

‘Medicine’ itself can be deeply confronting for me, and I’ve had painful experiences on these lands before. There were layers of memory, fear, and vulnerability moving through me

And somehow, beneath it all, I found so much peace,
I felt myself receiving…truly receiving all the love that was being offered in reciprocity

I softened into trust, I let myself be held by the people, the artists, the land, the medicine, the sisterhood, and the moments that asked nothing of me except to be present

Reuniting with dear sisters who have paved and shaped so much of my path, especially Iman • Somatic Practitioner & Embodiment Guide was a gift beyond words ✨

There is something so powerful about returning to the people who have witnessed different versions of you and finding yourselves together again, exactly where you are ❤️‍🔥

And then there was all the dancing…

Dancing until the heaviness fell away
Dancing until the mind became quiet
Dancing until the stories dissolved
Dancing until there was nothing left to carry

Just joy & presence

Just the soul emanating from within remembering how to play, how to love, how to trust, and how to be alive

Grateful to experience all the highs and lows alongside my Jaguar Karim Kabbani ✺ Soul Purpose Mentor the one who meets the shadows with fierce love, mirrors me deeply, and devotes himself to the alchemy of it all

Dropping deeper and deeper into it all 🐉🤍 my gratitude that this is the life I’ve created…where everyday is ALIVE, may we walk together!

One principle I return to, again and again and those that know me hear me say: ‘hand everything over to the Great Goddess’

What I mean by this is that the mystery unfolds through forces the mind will never fully grasp

So lay it down

We are not here to understand every movement of the unseen, only to decide whether we meet it with resistance or trust

Perhaps the deeper question is not whether the mystery is working for us or against us, but whether we are willing to believe that even what we cannot explain belongs to a greater unfolding

We honour the Goddess…we honour the Earth honouring the sacred breath of life She offers with every moment

This path is not one to be taken for granted

It is a path of devotion

A path that calls us to witness the deepest pain in ourselves and in one another

To feel the fear in self and others without turning a blind eye instead standing fiercely in love again and again

To remain open when everything urges us to close

Today, this is my offering to Her, to the channel I devote to opening for the mystery to work through me as me

This holds an imprint of my deepest gratitude for all that is unfolding, exactly as it is, here and now

I truly believe what is opening before us now asks for a deeper commitment to creation…and not in isolation

For creation longs for communion…the Earth reminds us that everything flourishes through relationship, reciprocity, and shared devotion

We are here to witness one another, to hold one another through the unraveling and the becoming, and to create from a place of reverence rather than fear…it’s a continuous journey, let’s say ‘YES’ together 🌹

It was such a gift to be guided by Uma Dominika ♑︎ ⋆˖⁺‧₊☽◯☾₊‧⁺˖⋆ on a beautiful Chakra Journey that set the tone and dropping into our bodies

Then Karim Kabbani ✺ Soul Purpose Mentor and I shared an Embodied Delayering session one of the first times we’ve guided together…the synergy was unreal

The handpan brought such depth, as I invited everyone to use their voice and body as their greatest tools for energy release, clearing blocks of limiting beliefs and creating space to activate beliefs that feel more true, more aligned, and more expansive

It was also so special to reconnect with a couple who experienced my work last year and returned…when there’s resonance, you feel it

And Verena Sonia | Women’s Mentor | Singer | Breathwork Facilitator completely blew the room away with her angelic, Heaven-on-Earth essence, expressed through her being, thank you!

I also felt deeply blessed to share iamseeingbeyondtheseen where we created inkblot art to explore our inner world, decipher messages from the soul, and witness how each person reads through their own unique channel

Back on these sacred lands, Peru 🇵🇪

The last time I walked here was in 2022

It was here that something profound awakened within me

My voice wasn’t activated through striving, achieving, or becoming it emerged through surrender

Through allowing myself to be met so deeply by the land, by life, and by the parts of myself I had long forgotten

Now I return in a very different state of being

Less fragmented
Less searching
More integrated

It feels as though my soul and my humanity have learned to walk together, no longer at odds, but in relationship

There is a quiet marriage taking place where spirit no longer seeks to escape the human experience, but chooses to fully inhabit it

I’m learning, again and again, what it means to truly be here

To live this life more fully, more deeply, more honestly

To welcome the rawness, the beauty, the mess, the tenderness, and the wholeness that all belong

These lands carry a stillness unlike anywhere I’ve known

Not an empty silence, but one that hums with presence

A stillness that creates space for the soul to move, to breathe, to remember itself

Every mountain whispers
Every breeze feels like prayer
Every step becomes an offering

Here, reciprocity isn’t just a concept it is something you feel in your body, in every encounter

The earth gives, and in return it asks only that you arrive fully present

Returning here isn’t about revisiting who I was

It’s about truly meeting who I have become

And remembering that every moment life offers is sacred when we are willing to receive it

The thresholds we are all being asked to walk through right now are to be walked together, one faithful step at a time, to walk in love

Love doesn’t wait until you are complete and grace doesn’t stand at the door counting your failures

The holy meets you exactly where you are, where surrender becomes freedom and every part of you is invited home

June was a rapid transformation month

So much shifted deeply, and so much opened, I’m grateful for the beautiful connections in my life that lovingly mirror exactly what I need to see, bringing what has been hidden to the surface so it can finally be met

Seasons are shifting and we’re nearly half way into the Fire Horse Year that’s held the reins of taking action before the mind can even catch up…

The question I have been sitting with lately is how are we shifting into a new paradigm if we are continuously asking old questions with new awareness?

Because awareness alone doesn’t create a new world

The new paradigm requires entirely new questions

June 19th marks a threshold in the movement of Chiron which is often described as the archetype of our deepest primal wound and the path of healing it

Since 2018, Chiron has been moving through Aries, the sign of selfhood, initiation, and identity and collectively, this has brought up themes around existence itself our right to be here, to take up space, to act, to begin

For me, it’s felt like years of becoming aware of where I was still asking for permission internally… where expression was filtered through safety first, long before truth

and now as it begins to shift into Ta**us, I can already feel something in me softening and steadying at the same time

Where Aries exposed the wound of becoming
Ta**us is teaching what it means to stay and be built upon

How to inhabit life without abandoning myself inside it…
To truly build from the bodies intelligence instead of from the wound…
To really let presence lead where protection once did

There’s a much slower intelligence here that I don’t want to rush past something grounded, real, almost simple but not easy for it asking for embodiment more than intensity

and I can feel it in my system this quiet but undeniable shift away from organising life around old inner alarms…toward building from a more open and trusted perspective

So, I’m grateful for all he old questions that got me to where I am today, they carried me through thresholds I didn’t yet know how to cross, to find my ground when everything felt uncertain

But I can feel the change…and now that I am here what wants to be built through me?

It was the first container I created for the women who stepped into my world: From Fear to Feminine Freedom (to which I still offer 6 years in)

Because when we wake up to the ways we’ve been choosing fear, we gain the power to choose again…and choose to align in love instead

This is what the work of expanding consciousness is really about…expanding awareness, and our capacity to see patterns clearly

And that’s exactly the work, expanding our energetic capacity to hold more growth, more awareness, and more of ourselves

Because the more awareness we hold, the more choice becomes available to us

And freedom is ultimately choice

And choice is power

But more choice can also feel like a lot to hold

Many of us aren’t used to holding this much energy, possibility, and expansion and so we often call it ‘overwhelm’ but that’s simply the discomfort that comes with being more of who we truly are

Ultimately everything is a process, and freedom is and has always been your choice to make 🌹

A simple shift in perspective: instead of saying, “I want to be free,” which can reinforce a victim belief that freedom is something you lack…

Begin claiming “I am free”

The words you choose shape the reality you embody

I have to admit that one of my kinks is witnessing the moment a new awareness lands for someone

Suddenly, a new choice becomes available and with it, an entirely new reality opens up

So simple. Yet so profound
