I could “blame” the Full Moon, or the fiery energies of Beltane or my🩸right now…but I don’t need a reason for sharing what’s surfacing

And this is unfolding in my dreams, where my subconscious is helping bring awareness to collective, intense, and misaligned patterns so they can be gently released

This is for all my deep feelers, sensitive souls, over-givers, and healers out there…the more we over-function, the more we unconsciously reinforce the under-functioning of those we are drawn to and attract in (for opposites attract as the mirror in order to restore harmony)

These patterns move through the micro and macrocosms of our lives, until we become conscious enough to choose differently

Let the fires burn away the cords of unhealthy attachment of anything that you’ve unconsciously chosen to carry that is not yours to carry

Make sure you’re near by a body of water too, so you don’t get consumed by the heat 🔥 or pass it on to others…so you can feel all that you need to feel and let it move through you

I’ve been feeling that wave, the reminiscing that’s trying to rewrite the truth…but this is exactly where the medicine is

This weeks energy builds toward Friday 1st May, where the Scorpio Full Moon meets Beltane (starting point of Summer) that combination is a literal raging bonfire…

Think: intensity, heat, desire, death and rebirth…all at once

The Scorpio Full Moon is ruled by Pluto, so this isn’t just emotional…it’s alchemical

It governs the underworld, the unseen, the shadow, the parts of you that remember everything…it doesn’t subscribe to surface level play, it will pull you right under

all that is resurfacing now is to show you what still has a hook in you

And Scorpio energy carries that seductive edge, the illusion that this time it could be different

But what’s really being asked is can you see it clearly now, without the fantasy?

Combine this with the energy of Beltane which is pouring fuel on the fire…

Beltane is an ancient festival of fertility, sensuality, and life force energy, a threshold point into summer, where creation energy is at its peak 

It’s about what you’re ready to conceive, ignite, and bring into form

So when you bring these two together…you get a portal of sacred intensity where desire meets truth and passion meets shadow

You might feel:
🐍heightened emotions or deep cravings
🐍s€xual energy rising alongside old attachments
🐍a push-pull between letting go and wanting to hold on
🐍truth landing in your body in a way you can’t ignore

This is because Scorpio asks for purging, while Beltane asks for embodiment

So ask yourself honestly:
🔥Where am I confusing intensity with alignment?
🔥Where am I still entertaining something that my body already knows is complete?
🔥What am I ready to choose now that I wasn’t ready to choose before?

Let this be the moment you stop resisting what you already know…

Yes, we know every day is Earth Day…

but there are moments when collective attention creates a wider field of listening and what we place into that field lands differently

This is my writing prompt of the day,
✨If the Earth could respond to your life what would she say?

This is about honesty, no judgement, no shame but let’s really look at what is being reflected back through your choices, your pace your attention, your care

The Earth is our body…the way we reflect on this questions relates to our inner relationship with self

➡️So I ask, if the Earth could respond to my life she would say…

I see you. I see how much responsibility you place upon yourself to be more, to do more, to become more.

And still, there are simple things that feel heavy to you because they have not yet been given the right rhythm, the right foundation.

Set yourself gently into the patterns that support you, and you will find that what once felt like effort becomes part of your natural flow.

I feel how easily you are moved by me, how music passes through you, how your feet meet the ground in offering. When you sing, when you dance, you are not separate from me you are in conversation with me and that joy is something that nourishes us both.

But I ask you come a little closer and learn me not only through feeling but through understanding and knowledge of how eco-systems work, how we can grow produce, how we can reduce outsourcing produce

You do not need to carry everything at once because no forest grows in a single day, no river rushes without first becoming a trickle

Let yourself be part of a process, not the master of it. Trust that your care, your attention, your willingness to learn these are already acts of healing

We are not walking separately, we are walking as one

I am no astrologer…but I do feel the entire cosmic weather moving through my body

and this one’s been coming in hot, like… really 🔥

this week might need a warning label or at the very least a bucket of water nearby

because if you’ve been feeling it too, you know what I mean

🔥the heated conversations…
🔥the confrontations that can’t stay buried…
🔥the clarity around where you’ve been overextending yourself…
🔥all the ways you thought you were “keeping the peace”…but were actually managing perception
and calling it emotional maturity

so I do a little cosmic weather mapping to explain what’s happening…

We are in an Aries stellium, 6 planets are currently in the fiery, initiatory sign Aries: Sun, Venus, Mars, Saturn, Neptune, Chiron

And how can this impact us so we know what to expect…

🌞Sun in Aries:
identity gets louder, bolder, more immediate, people start acting like who they are with zero hesitation

🌹Venus in Aries:
Love, seggs and desire gets fast, direct, impatient, there will be no more “let’s sit with this” it’s either a yes or it’s a no

action first, reflection later that means conflict can rise quickly…but so will the breakthroughs

your courage gets tested, you’re being asked to take responsibility for your actions and stop outsourcing your avoidance

💭Neptune in Aries:
blurred lines between impulse and intuition, you might act and only later ask “why did that feel so right?” having you question your own values

🐍 Chiron in Aries: pushes us to heal our fear of being ourselves by learning to show up with courage and authenticity

And ending the week on Friday 17th with New Moon in Aries…taking all those blazing realisations and resetting habits, choices, directions…giving us the willingness to begin

Some magical moments from March…

This is not to say there weren’t melancholic moments too, there were many in-between

I notice how, when I’m in those spaces of deep grief, there’s no thought to capture them… I’m just in it, moving through, alchemising in real time

But they existed…the breakdowns, the edges, the depth. And I honour that fully because it’s those moments I actually give the most gratitude for as they allow me to experience even more joy

With that said heres some March Magic ✨

✨Beginning the month immersed in the pure magic of Maui a land of crystalline frequency, where everything felt in effortless alignment…love and beauty reflected back at me everywhere I turned

Deep gratitude to and all the incredible sisters I journeyed with… so much love for each of you and the teachings🌹

✨ many spontaneous moments of play, fun, lightness…one of the biggest teachings I brought back from Hawai’i was to soften the weight of responsibility by inviting in even more play

✨Holding a beautiful drum journey and voice weaving in one of my favourite spaces .portugal such a joy and thank you for capturing that moment

✨ Spring Equinox energy came in strong…wiping me out for nearly 2 days where I was called to cave in my own ceremony, deepen my path with the Goddess

✨Simultaneously so much progress is happening here I’ve been managing the works and witnessing the outdoor hexagonal shala come close to completion…can’t wait to share

✨And woven through out the whole month was dance, song, adventure, sisterhood, ocean, sun

Deeply grateful for such blossoming, soul nourishing relationships in my life…sometimes we don’t even realise we are in the very thing we’ve been dreaming of…🫣

I’ve been living in the now frequency that I’ve started to experience my own memory in a very different way, so much happened, so little happened and all of it is just SO 😅 divine order in divine time at all times

We really are in a time of identity and time collapse… who else is feeling it?
