Break that pattern! Time and again i love to get out of my comfort zone and add some creativity, fluidity and fun to movements and life. This place is one of my fav spots in the world offering various style yoga classes, wonderful food and absolutely the best teachers!

Remember wherever you are is the perfect place to start! There is a common misconception that Yoga is only for flexible people. I find it rather amusing cause it’s done to become flexible, strong, balanced and mobile. What does flexibility actually mean? It’s not about touching your toes or wrapping your head around the back of your leg. It’s developing the range of motion and mentally opening yourself to new ideas and perspectives. As my guru says, there will always an opportunity to grow and deepen the practice either in forward bends, backward bends, twists, inversions or side stretches. The aim is to get stillness in the moment and shanti in the mind, so chasing an asana or jumping into a flexibility drill when the body is not prepared yet for it, is going injure more than serve goodness. I’m working on my hamstrings after years of running and still there is a lot of a scope to improve! Im setting my mind to move without expectations and competition.

I crave for raw fruits and smoothies in the morning and love to make this detox drink. Powerhouse of Vitamins and so yummy to taste! Add some celery, slice of apple and kiwi, lemon rind, raw turmeric and ginger. I usually take this after my warm lemon honey water.

Hello everyone, I am starting with online yoga classes.

This is a beginner Hatha yoga class to help you get flowing. It incorporates elements of Hatha, Ashtanga and sivananda. It will focus on boosting mobility, flexibility and strength.

It will also cover breath work or pranayama to increase lung capacity which helps to better immunity and bust stress.

The proceeds from first 8 sessions will be going towards charity and will be donation based. You can pay whatever you like..
