Yin Yoga • Slow down, release tension, and explore your range of motion. A gentle practice that combines longer-held poses with mindful stretching to support flexibility and relaxation.
Hip opening • Explore mobility and create space in areas where tension often builds up. Hip-opening practices can also invite emotional awareness, offering space to soften, let go, and reconnect with yourself.
Chaturanga • Small details make a big difference. Refine your alignment, build upper-body and core strength, and learn how to approach this essential transition with control.
Restorative • Less effort, more support. With the help of props and fully supported poses, allow your body to rest, your breath to settle, and your nervous system to unwind.
Inversions • Turn your perspective upside down. Build strength, balance, and body awareness while exploring inversions step by step, with a focus on technique and control.
Hatha Yoga • Build a steady foundation through postures, breath, and mindful alignment. A grounding practice that invites you to explore each pose with patience, stability, and awareness.
Myofascial Release • Give your body space to soften. Using tools and targeted techniques, explore ways to ease muscular tension, improve mobility, and develop a deeper awareness of your body.
Yoga Nidra • A guided practice of deep rest between wakefulness and sleep. Release the effort of doing, settle into stillness, and allow your body and mind to restore.
