Hello friends! 🤗
-
I am wishing for a favour ♡ (Pls share!)
-
Since October, we've been in deep creation with a magical business working with amazing artists and writers to create mystical and intentional oracle and tarot cards. I am so grateful for this experience! 🦚🧚♀️
-
Our Kicskstarter campaign was a complete success! 🥳🥳
-
Our Indiegogo campaign needs a bit of algorithmic support. 🙈🙈
-
If you would be so kind, please click on the link through the page below or even share with those you feel would be interested to look at it! This will help boost our algorithm and exposure! 😄

Moments offering the most potent medicine are those we marinate in when we relate with nature.
In this relationship, we are held by complete love and nourishment. We are fed purely through the oxygen we breathe and the vibration we receive.
Gaia never lets us down. No matter how much we may sometimes collectively stomp on her, she always responds with such generous nourishment and offers herself unconditionally to us.
She is, by nature, our Great Mother.
Our Great Mother takes care of us and holds us in every moment. When I feel in a moment of separation from the world, I hug a tree 🌲😉 Gaia hugs me back.
Oh Mama, thank you for your constant care in every moment I call for it, and even in those moments I don’t.

Fear is innate. It’s the reason we are alive. Without fear, we would burn ourselves, walk off cliffs, swim in the depths of the ocean without ever learning how to tread water, and make a lot of decisions that would be quite silly.
Fear is good and is our friend. That doesn’t mean that it deserves all of our attention. When we experience fear, we are being warned of something. The fact that we can even have this warning is such a gift. So let’s not hate it. Let’s love it.
Once we are granted this warning, let’s acknowledge it, respond to it, take action on it, and then let it go.
I know I make this mistake sometimes. I get consumed in the fear and forget to acknowledge it, respond to it, take action on it, and then let it go. I forget, I’m human.
Those moments of remembering, though, are what lift me higher.
Remembering that I am not my fear. Remembering that my fear is a simple warning. Remembering that it’s my right and privilege to draw my attention to what serves me and not what hurts me. Remembering that fear is a precious gift. And like most gifts, we aren’t meant to hold onto most fears forever.
We shall allow the fear, acknowledge it, respond to it, take action on it, and then let it go.
Until the next fear, that is. 😉

You know that saying? — ‘Dance like nobody is watching.’
Dance like nobody is watching, or like everybody is watching, or like one person is watching, or your whole community is watching. I believe that none of this really matters.
What I do believe matters, is that we dance like we are dancing for ourselves.
〰️
I had a realization today at ecstatic dance at the Yoga Barn here in Ubud.
For years, I would dance the way I thought I should, or the way other people danced because it looked good.
Then about five years ago I started to really truly dance for myself. I started to move and shift and flow in ways that I desired and felt drawn to, without considering others judgements.
My experience with dance completely shifted. And the reason it shifted, I realized today, was because five years ago I actually started to dance for me.
➰
I’ll dance how I wish and how I feel good dancing.
And I’ve discovered that, over the years, as I’ve embodied this increasingly, my dancing has become more fluid, magical, and graceful.
Now it feels oh so delicious.
➿
The invitation is to dance, really dance, not like anybody or nobody is watching, but dance truly for yourself.

There’s something about behind upside down that makes me feel very relaxed 🤤
A chance for a new perspective, a challenge for the ego, and a deep drop into the Soul.

Travelling does something really marvellous to my Soul.
(As does a sense of home.)
I commonly hear from dear friends and family, ‘Wait, where are you again right now?’
I respond… ‘Sri Lanka… Thailand… France… New Zealand… Bali… the place in the hills I camped for a week without power… hitchhiking across some random island… the airport…’
‘You’re such a nomad,’ I’ll hear in response.
‘It’s true,’ I’ll laugh because of how accurate these loved ones are.
There is something about always being in a new place that gives me such a feeling of growth and expansion.
It’s like I have an opportunity to start a new chapter every few or several months… and I’ve been doing this for nearly a decade.
What about the moment that I feel I need to settle? And I don’t mean ceasing the wanderlust in me. I just mean having a home to ground into and come back to and create and co-create.
What about the moment that I want a real home? I wasn’t sure this moment would come, really.
As we speak about our next destination (Ubud - we arrive Saturday) and our intentions… We decide: Let’s just move there. Let’s make this our home. Let’s do this for this ‘forever’.
Until the next forever chapter begins, that is.
So, for the first time since I was 20, I’m moving somewhere with the intention of — I’m going to stay here and move here, that’s the final destination.
We’re going home.
Ahhhh home, I’m so excited for home. via .app
