Trudy (Jaap Shiva) - Trudy is a passionate and dedicated Kundalini Yoga teacher and the owner of Kundalini Yoga Moreton Bay. It was a serendipitous discovery that stemmed from her quest for a more spiritual yoga practice and a deeper understanding of life’s mysteries. In Kundalini Yoga, she found not just a practice but a home and a niche that resonated with her soul. She integrates her wisdom of Tantric Numerology into her classes, providing a holistic whole experience into her teachings. Carolina (Arjan Hari) - Arjan has been passionately dedicated to building up community in Australia for more than ten years. Originally from Spain, Arjan holds a peaceful and sacred space to support students’ processes to embrace the truth of who they are and transform into more empowered beings through her Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes. She is committed to helping people open up to access their inner wisdom, their heart centre, natural energy resources, and building up awareness on a transformational body, mind, and heart journey. Ane da Gama - Discovering Kundalini Yoga in a time of deep personal struggle, Anelise transformed her life from the roots of chronic health and mental turmoil. This profound journey led her to not only embrace Kundalini Yoga’s transformative power but also to become a certified teacher, specialising in overcoming emotional eating and food addictions. Anelise, a food mindset coach and detox specialist, integrates yoga with holistic nutrition, offering a unique healing approach. Her daily life embodies yoga, committed to guiding others with food, herbs, and yoga as her mission. Kylie Upon - Kylie discovered Kundalini Yoga in 2014 when battling a significant health challenge. Kylie is highly trained in her elite line of yoga by the leading teachers in the Kundalini lineage. She carries with honour this deeply effective, majestic science and her Dharma is to share it with others who are ready to receive and apply it. Kylie loves music, mantra, gongs, the physicality of Kundalini Yoga and the results it brings, the joy of laughter, a clean car, swimming in the ocean, Bali and the art of prayer.
