No F**k's Given

It was my Birthday (Whoop whoop - 48 years young), and...

When asked what I wanted to do for the occasion...

I desired nothing more than to spend a few days at the beach with my hubby and my cute little girl Nami, our rescue dog.

We named her Nami because it means 'Wave' in Japanese, which we thought would be fitting for our little beach girl to be...

Yet, because I have been so busy with new coaching clients over the last few months.

Nami hadn't even left the jungle once to see the ocean and do her name justice. So...

When we arrived at the beach, it was the cutest thing ever watching her brave the water for the first time.

It was like seeing a baby take its first step. However...

While I was watching little Nami play in the ocean...

I thought to myself how grateful I am to be able to take time out whenever I want.

To rest, replenish and have some fun; now I have got my inner s**t together and have my own online business...

Which I NEVER... thought was possible for me!

As just a short while ago...

I saw other people on Facebook talk about their 'laptop lifestyle' (being able to work wherever they wanted with a laptop and wifi).

And I must admit, I got envious and even jealous!

And then faster than a speeding ticket...

My limiting self-beliefs kicked in:

"She's so lucky!"

"I wish I could do that."

"I'll never be able to do that."

"It wouldn't work for me."

Mentally at that point, I thought I had to turn up each day at the yoga studio without fail to earn my living.

Otherwise, I'd be on the streets!

That's the way it 'had' to be, I thought...

Up at 7 am ready for 8 am morning yoga class, then home at 10 pm after the evening class. But...

It came to the point where enough was enough!

I wanted to be like those people I saw on Facebook, working from wherever they wanted whenever they wanted.

So slowly but surely, with a one step at a time approach, I worked through my limiting self-beliefs with the Inner Work and went for my dream...

And here I am today.

Sat writing this post drinking fresh coffee in my jungle villa in Bali, listening to the birds, looking up at the blue sky and sunshine, thinking, "WOW!"

"I did it."

Why am I telling you this?

Not through ego, to boast, or to show off !!

What would be the point in that...?!

The reason I'm telling you this is because...

If I can do it, ANYONE can, including, and especially YOU!

Have you ever wanted to fire your boss? Lol.

Funny! I know, but I mean REALLY..........
