Guys, I am so thrilled that this is finally live!

For those of you who think you might be burnt out, are sure you’re burning out, who are simply exhausted and overwhelmed (who isn’t) – this is for you.

Un-Burntout is a private podcast made of 5 short audios – because your life is already busy so we’re keeping it short and to the point – that will take you through a journey and transform the way that you see burnout, and yourself.

You will be guided to explore the roots of your burnout, create a new path forward, connect with your values and your why, and learn how to remain calm in the face of future stress and busy seasons - because life demands more of you, even when you slow down.

Full access is through the link bio, or comment UBO to get the first episode free

Let me know what you think!!

I’ve created a space, inspired by membership spaces, but without any of the pressure for you.

A space for me to share more of myself, all the ways that I nourish myself in my day to day.

Recipes, music, practices, and more.

It’s designed to be a living space, a community, a moving and malleable place – we connect, we share, and you inform what I continue to bring to the space.

A space to inspire each other and come together with a soul focus of nourishment in community – are you in?

Let’s walk this path together, towards a new approach to life.

The end of this year, and the start of next year, could look and feel so different for you.

Imagine a year, and a life, without the same burnout patterns coming back yet again to crush you with overwhelm.

Long-term patterns need time and support to change, but it is possible.

And it’s possible for you – especially if you know that you’re ready.

If that’s you, send me a message and let’s chat more, I have a few spaces opening in May and June - maybe one of them is yours?

I’ve been thinking a lot about the different seasons that we have in life.

Some of these seasons require more from us– more output, more energy, more work.

So how do we show up to the seasons that require more, without burning out?

Is it possible?
I believe that it is, and I think that it’s something that takes a little bit of unpacking.

It absolutely takes a deep awareness, and a real knowledge of yourself.

What do you think? Is it possible, have you been there?

I’ll get into it more tomorrow.

How do you react when life throws a curveball?

Are you spinning in your mind with stories of “poor me” and “why did this happen?”

Or are you able to feel that sting, then step back and take a breath and trust that things are working out FOR you (always), even if it doesn’t seem like it in the moment.

You might think that everything is fine, but it’s in those moments where a little bit more is asked of you, that you start to notice that maybe you’re not actually fine.

If, when you need to dip into your reserve tank of energy, you ultimately collapse, get sick, or hurt – your day-to-day level of ‘fine’ is actually so depleted, that you are almost at burnout.

If you were to drive your car around with almost no petrol in it, how far do you think you would get?

Now I know you’re not a car, but I want you to think about your life, your longevity, and how you want to show up for yourself.

How can you start to build up that reserve tank, so that when you need to dip into it, there’s more for you to access?

More to come…

I decided to create the space that I was looking for.

A space where I could not only share more of myself, my practices, my creativity, my day today – but a space where you could be invited in.

A community, a village.

Beyond my coaching offerings, there’s so much in my day to day that brings me home to myself – this shifts day-to-day, season to season, moment to moment.

Often in business, and mothering, in life… We feel isolated, we feel alone. It adds to the pressure, it adds to the overwhelm – and so this is a space to exhale, to let it all go, to breathe free and soften, and to connect with others.

This is our nourishment village, because we were never meant to do life alone, and we need more reminders, inspiration and sometimes instructions to slow down, to breathe, to connect to ourselves, to create and find stillness in the busyness of life.

So join me in Nourish Club – a space where we can come together and share our nourishment resources – the things that we’re doing now and the things that have made an impact.

A space where I will share recipes, audio and video practices, music I’m enjoying, books that I’m reading, and so much more– this is a living space, you tell me what you want me to share, and you bring what’s working for you to our community as well.

Because we don’t have to do it alone, see you in the Club.

A little snippet of a story that I shared in today’s newsletter (sign up to read my weekly ramblings in my bio link)

Today, sleep deprived and in a rush, I stupidly burnt my fingers in a move. I would normally never make

Why am I sharing this with you?

Because for me, it was a beautiful reminder of the place that I’ve been in many times myself, and a place that most of my clients meet me at – a place of total depletion, of exhaustion, of beyond burnout.

When we operate in that space, we’re rushed, we’re careless, and ultimately we are completely disconnected with ourselves, our wisdom, and intuition.

We make choices and decisions that push us further into burnout, where we might hurt ourselves, operating from a place of “should”

if this sounds familiar, take a moment right now to check in with yourself – how are you feeling? How is your energy? And how can you meet yourself where you’re at, and give yourself what you actually need, rather than what you think you should do

I’m sharing a little snippet of what I shared in this weeks newsletter today.

Often when I speak about nourishment, I think most people think that I’m just talking about food – and while food is definitely one part of nourishment. It’s actually not the whole picture.

Consider all of the inputs in your life – the things that could contribute to you thriving, or not.

If you think of yourself as a human – plant it might make it easier to look at all of the inputs into your health and well-being, all of the ways that you could nourish yourself or deplete yourself.

So if you don’t want to end up like a sad, wilty, yellow house plant it’s time to take a step back and take stock of your life and the ways that you are nourishing yourself (or not)

Lately I’ve been sharing about my productivity urge and how it was keeping me constantly on my phone.

This simple shift – a notebook on the counter – has created so much mental space. Less automatic phone grabs, more presence with what’s actually in front of me.

But here’s what I’ve realised: the boundaries we think are about our phone or our time? They’re actually about so much more.

More on that tomorrow 🤍
