• Runs: 40 sessions
• Walks: 24 sessions
• HYROX: 6 sessions
• Hikes: 3 outings
The biggest change hasn’t been the workouts, Its eating on a Saturday and Sunday like it was a Tuesday or Wednesday.
No magic formula, No shortcuts, No perfection.
Just making better choices and getting back on track quickly when I didn’t.
There are still improvements to make.
Still goals to chase.
Still work to do.
But I’m proof that what feels impossible today can become reality when you commit to showing up for yourself, day after day.
