Hi everyone ,
I will be trialling moving certain classes to my home gym.
The following classes will move there 👇

Monday 6.45-7.45 PM
Wednesday 1-2 PM
Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm
Friday 9.30-10.30 AM
(Please be aware there are 4 spaces max available in each of these. Please ensure to pre book as I will not be taking more than 4.

!! Note !!
Tuesday and Thursday morning 6.30-7.30 AM will remain in FR Breen park Abbeyleix

Reminder of cancellation policy for classes and PTS
Cancelation within 12 hours of class /Pt 50% cost
Cancellation within 2 hours of class /Pt 100% cost

!! A no show is charged at 100% of the cost!!

Dm me to book your classes for next week and I will give you more info about location etc .

Introducing our latest Club Fundraiser. Our Split the Pot draw starts on Sunday September 3rd and every Sunday evening in our local pubs, thereafter.
